I am totally satisfied with everything from packaging to performance. This was my first ever e-bike so I didn't know what to expect, but I am content with this purchase.

awesome bike. Both were assembled in under 20 minutes, jumped right on and was cruising.

Works well. We pull a child carrier up hills with it with no issues as long as you're using it as an assist. Holds a charge well but I wouldn't use it for miles on electricity alone.

This bike is very good and reliable. It is also very fast and does exactly what its suppose to.

My EVERCROSS 28" e-bike is very nice. It has no problems pulling the little hills I have on the trail that I ride. I have put about 50 miles on it so far and enjoy it very much. EK28 has a 500w hub motor and a 15Ah battery. It go's 20 mph and that is fast enough to suit me. Happy Pedaling!!!
