Excellent. Great Customer Support and Follow Up. Bike is high quality and works great. Be advised, bike has lots of power. This is my 3rd ebike, all 3 from different companies. The Totem was my last addition and the company offers the best support of the 3. I really like this bike.
Your customer service needs to respond better and the directions need to be better. I also had to adjust the carrier which could be troublesome to some people.
Delivered on time, had an issue with the fender. Totem sent me a new one in two days. Great bike and great service. I would recommend.
