The company reached out to us and offered to send replacement parts once we shared the error code with them and few pictures. We were able to replace the parts with the help of a DYI video link they shared. Its all good now. We really appreciate their prompt support. Great customer service. Updating my rating to 4 stars. Will see how it goes from now on.

So far very happy with it. Got the scooter in a week for order. We'll boxed. Very easy to put together. Have not been able to ride much but the two times I did good power. Rode around the block one part was a bit of a long incline slowed a little but still kept moving. Farley smooth ride with no suspension. Brakes work great. Add more later when weather gets better.

Charging features and speed is all great. very fast screen is very good.

This electric scooter is perfect for me for running errands and going to and from the office since my office is only 10 miles away. I love how sturdy and durable it is. Great value for money! I highly recommend!
