eBike Installation Steps
Install the rear wheel
- Take the bike out of the box and position the bike so the derailleur is not directly touching the ground.
- Remove the rear wheel nut, washer, and tape holding the pin.
- Locate the indicator arrow on the tire. Make sure the direction of the arrow matches the direction of the tricycle.
- Align the tire and insert it accurately into the bearing slot.
- Install the washer and nut.
- Repeat the above steps for the other side.
Install the fork and handlebars
- Remove the tape used to secure it.
- Take out the two fittings on the fork.
- Lift the body of the bike and insert the fork into the head tube. Make sure the black fork bridge faces the outside of the bike.
- Place the spacer ring with the small opening facing down on the fork. Then put the protective cover on.
- Insert the handlebar into the fork tube. Secure the handlebar with the screws. Put on the dust cap.
- Connect the motor wires as per the arrows. Then snap the motor wires into the fixing slots.
- Adjust the position of the handlebar and tire.
- Align the bike's handlebars with the front wheel, making sure it is vertical.
- Tighten the stem screw on the right side of the handlebar.
Install the front and rear brakes
- Remove the screws that hold the fork in place.
- Pull off the brake caliper's fasteners.
- Align the brake disc and install the brake caliper.
- At the same time, hold the left front brake handle with your hand and tighten the screws by hand.
- Install the rear brake caliper using the same procedure.
- Squeeze the right rear brake handle and flip the switch to lock the rear wheel.
- Tighten the brake caliper on the rear wheel!
Install the taillight and pedals
- Please install according to the left and right markings on the pedal.
Install the front rack and headlight
- Remove the screws securing the front frame.
- Install the headlight to the front frame.
- Remove the screws securing the frame.
- Cross the tightening screws.
- Connect the headlight wires.
Install the front fender
- Install the front fender bracket first.
- Then install the screws above the fender.
Install the rear rack
- Be careful to distinguish the front and back of the rear frame.
- Remove the nuts and washers on the rear screws of the chassis.
- Fix the 4 screws in the rear holes of the chassis.
- Tighten all four screws with a wrench.
- Align the fender with the three holes and insert.
- Place the side of the frame bag without the reflector near the seat.
- Fix the frame bag.
Inflate the tires with a pump
- Please check the air pressure of the three tires. And inflate under-inflated tires.
