I got it for my dad and the extra comfort seat and low step-through got him to actually take longer rides than a few miles. The delivery was quick and installation was amazing.

I bought this for my wife for her birthday. She loves this bike and so do I. Waiting for the day when we can buy mine.

So far from shopping and purchase through delivery have been flawless. Setup and charging were simple and my first few rides have all met my expectations
