Electric Scooters with ABE

Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis, ABE for short, which translates as "general operating permit", is a license to drive all types of motor vehicles or motorcycles on German roads. ABE certification is required for certain vehicles that do not have European type approval, such as vehicles imported from non-European Union countries, special-purpose vehicles, and vehicles that have been modified from their original factory specifications.
