After researching many bikes before purchasing, the bike has to be the best choice for this price. I was very surprised when I found out it has two spring shocks in the rear, which you can't get on other bikes at this price. Assembly did not take too long, less than half an hour, very easy, and the guide in the box and customer service helping very useful. Excellent design!
I've heard people call the Libra a moped style ebike. Whatever you call it, it's fun to ride and the best bike we have ever had for towing a trailer.
