ISCOOTER IX5S 11" Off-Road Electric Scooter 1000W Motor 48V 15Ah Battery

We've had the scooters for a week and love them! Just had one issue with the front disc brake which seems bent, causing rubbing. I tried adjusting the brake pad with no luck. I reached out to Gleeride about switching out the front wheel and disc brake, but instead of offering to switch the wheel and brake, they sent a video showing how to bend the disc brake myself. I definitely don't feel comfortable trying to bend it myself since it could cause more damage. Other than being a bit disappointed with the customer service, these are great scooters.

The scooter is exactly as specified. It is very fast. I am impressed with the range. One full charge I was able to drive around town for five hours.

We bought two scooters to test them out and we are really happy , we are still testing the waters but for the time being we are very satisfied with the quality , power and size.For us this is really good value for money
