I received my bike couple days ago. When I got it in and set it up the brakes were loose. for the most part not bad for the price and easy to build.
I've been riding this bike for 5 months so far .. commuting to and from work in Chicago (3miles each way) . Works like a champ fast enough for the mission. On my days off I take my small pet with me for some amazing rides along the lake Michigan bike path. I had a question for their costumer service and they took care of it right away .
